Rodd D. Berro
Co-President
Rodd D. Berro joined Pegasus Asset Management, Inc. in 1988, bringing considerable knowledge of the technology industry and markets to the firm and becoming an integral part of the firm’s portfolio management team. Rodd has been a Co-President of Pegasus Asset Management, Inc. since June 2004. Rodd is a founding member of Pegasus Group, LLC and Sports & Entertainment Investment Advisors, LLC.
Rodd earned a BFA from The North Carolina School of Arts. He received, and has held, the designation of Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) since 1995. The CFP® designation identifies individuals who have completed the mandatory examination, education, experience, and ethics requirements mandated by the CFP Board. Rodd is a member of the Financial Planning Association, serving as Treasurer of the Greater Hudson Valley Chapter from 2006-2016. He is also the Chairman of the Board of The Music Conservatory of Westchester and its Music Therapy Institute after serving as its President for 5 years. He is currently working on a documentary about Veterans with PTSD and Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) regarding the use of music therapy as an alternative treatment. Sustaining his long-term passion, Rodd continues his 24-year commitment with the Armonk Players, a community theater organization.John M. Sebastiano

John M. Sebastiano’s professional experiences in banking, finance, investment management, strategic planning, client services, new business development and marketing began when John earned a B.S. in economics and finance from Rutgers University. Before joining Pegasus Asset Management, Inc. in 1994, John served as Vice President of Farm Credit, a national commercial lender to the agribusiness community, and was an Assistant Product Manager for agricultural, metal and energy commodity options for Merrill Lynch.
John is a founding member of Pegasus Group, LLC and Sports & Entertainment Investment Advisors, LLC. He serves as co-chairman of their Investment Committees, where he assisted in establishing the investment policy of each respective firm. John has been a guest speaker at investment clubs, trade conferences, educational meetings and has been a business mentor for young entrepreneurs. Throughout his career, John has been strongly committed to and involved in various non-profit organizations, including:- Past Chairman, President and current Treasurer of the Family Resource Network, Epilepsy Services of New Jersey, Autism Family Services and Caregivers of New Jersey

Courtney J. Barba
Senior Vice President, CCO
Courtney Barba serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer. She joined our firm in August 2005. She is involved with the internal operations of the firm, including accounting, computer operations and trading assistance. As Chief Compliance Officer, she is responsible for ensuring the firm complies with all applicable regulatory requirements.
Courtney is a graduate of Rockland Community College with an A.S. in Business Administration and a graduate of APUS with a Bachelor of Science, Accounting with Honors.Shana L. Kravatz
Vice President
of Retirement Services
Shana serves as Vice President of Retirement Services. She joined our firm in 2011. She offers personalized support to each client and step by step guidance through IRA rollovers, ROTH conversions, account contributions, required minimum distributions, as well as general account maintenance and transactions.
Shana holds a graduate degree from St. Joseph’s Seminary and an undergraduate degree from Marymount College.Jaysen L. Bohrod, CFA
Financial Analyst
Jaysen L. Bohrod joined the firm in 2022 and serves as a financial analyst on the portfolio management team. Jaysen graduated from Lafayette College in 2017, having earned a degree in Economics with a minor in Mathematics and Finance. Jaysen has completed all three levels of the CFA® program and is an active charterholder. Before joining Pegasus, Jaysen served as a Financial Consultant with Charles Schwab.
