Fee-only basis

If a client determines to engage Pegasus Asset Management, Inc. to provide discretionary investment advisory services on a fee-only basis, Pegasus’ annual investment advisory fee shall be based upon a percentage (%) of the market value and type of assets placed under the Registrant’s management (between 0.50% and 1.25%) as follows:

As fee-based managers, we are not broker-dealers; therefore, we do not charge commissions. Financial decisions are made in the best interest of our clients.
